BUDAPEST, Hungary (TheSpread) – The 2013 Formula 1 series returns to action this Sunday with the running of the Belgian Grand Prix.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Sebastian Vettel is the favorite to win this race, as he has 7/4 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Lewis Hamilton (3/1), Fernando Alonso (7/1) and Kimi Raikkonen (7/1)
